I went to Fukuoka airport...
for meeting a friend from Korea.
I like this building because it's KOOL.
oh! I found the sign "RAMEN"!
but it was time for moring menu
what a pitty...
we had coffee instead.
the next day, we had to go there again.
I saw many people from oversea.
The cafeteria I missed to eat Ramen in the airport has a self-sevice sysytem.
I had a Ramen,of course.
pepper,redpepper, salt,tomatoketchup,soisouse and so on are here.
here comes Ramen
we call this type of Ramen "Tonkotsu".
Tonkotsu means "bone of pig".
and Tonkotsu is the most popular Ramen soup in Fukuoka.
Noodle was "gunei" and "konai"
like instant noodles.
[ the texuture of the noodle is Gummy and I felt flower in the flavor ]
but we could enjoy nice view.
the Soup was very powdery.
Egg was hard-boiled.
I like raw centered-boiled.
"ChaShu" roasted pork was very thin.
But we had the view.
Additionally, I had "Age-Gyoza" fried pot sticker.
very good!
so delicious!
It was very crispy outside and juicy inside.
I wanted to drink BEER but I drove here,
so I put it back.
My friend had BLT sandwiches.
It was also good.
and we could enjoy the nice view.
You have better try Ramen at downtown in Fukuoka, for example Tenjin or Nishijin area... if you have chance.
It's expensive to eat or drink at the airpot in Japan.
But we can enjoy the nice view.
I like "airport".
I want to go abroad, anywhere.
